Mines and slag conditions with high dust and mud and water content require increased lubrication frequency to prevent mud and sand from entering the shaft clearance and causing wear and looseness.
Before daily homework, it is necessary to drain the accumulated water in the air reservoir to prevent moisture from corroding the valve body, chamber, and pipeline, and to avoid brake lag, brake failure, and winter air circuit icing. Regularly inspect the air hose joints for looseness and aging, replace aging rubber parts in a timely manner, and ensure sensitive braking and safe driving.
Daily inspection of the welding seams of the frame, subframe, and trunk, and timely repair if cracks, open welds, or deformations are found. Heavy load operations with injuries are prohibited. After mud, debris, and mining operations, promptly clean the chassis and box volume of mud, keep the vehicle dry, do a good job of rust removal and corrosion prevention, and extend the service life of the entire vehicle. The rear door locking mechanism remains flexible and intact, avoiding material scattering, deformation, and jamming during rough driving.
Under harsh working conditions, it is strictly prohibited to lift continuously at high frequencies for an extended period of time to prevent high temperatures in the hydraulic system and accelerated aging of oil seals. It is not allowed to forcefully lift the vehicle in close proximity to obstacles, walls, or excavations at the rear of the vehicle to avoid colliding with the box or damaging the structure. Strictly shorten the maintenance cycle according to the working conditions, and increase the frequency of inspection, lubrication, and oil change for high-frequency heavy load, dust and muddy working conditions.
