  1. Tank assembly (core load-bearing component)
    Cylinder and head: The mainstream material used is 5083-H111 aluminum magnesium alloy, with a cylinder of 5-6mm and a head of 7-8mm, elliptical cross-section, fully automatic welding and forming, and non-destructive testing.
    Partition board: Divide the interior of the tank into multiple independent compartments to achieve separate storage and transportation of different grades of oil products. Each compartment is equipped with independent valves and tank ports.
    Wave proof board: Horizontal and vertical aluminum alloy wave proof partitions are welded inside the compartment to suppress the shaking and impact of fuel during driving and improve the stability of the entire vehicle.
    Tank top platform, protective fence, anti slip ladder: protect the accessories of the tank top, facilitate personnel maintenance operations, and protect the tank mouth components from impact damage in case of overturning.
  2. European standard safety accessories for tank top
    European standard manhole cover: aluminum alloy explosion-proof tank mouth, integrated breathing valve, emergency pressure relief, balancing the internal and external air pressure of the tank body, self-locking and sealing to prevent leakage when overturned.
    Oil and gas recovery valve: recovers volatile oil and gas during oil loading and unloading, reduces oil and gas leakage, and meets environmental protection and hazardous transportation requirements.
    Anti overflow detection device: liquid level over limit alarm to prevent oil spillage during refueling.
  3. Bottom loading and unloading pipeline system
    Underwater emergency shut-off valve: Installed at the bottom of the tank, it automatically cuts off the oil circuit in case of impact to prevent oil leakage. It is available in two forms: pneumatic and manual.
    Aluminum alloy pipelines, ball valves, filters, and bottom mounted API joints are centrally arranged in the side protective operation box to achieve bottom sealed oil loading and unloading.
    Static grounding device: grounding reel, grounding chain, exporting static electricity generated during loading, unloading, and driving to avoid the risk of explosion.
  4. Walking and frame assembly (semi-trailer version)
    Aluminum alloy semi-trailer frame, traction pin, hydraulic support leg; Axle, air suspension, disc brake, ABS/EBS brake system, specialized braking configuration for hazardous chemicals.
    Protective components: side protection, rear protection, mudguard, fire extinguisher installation position, hazardous material identification bracket.
  5. Auxiliary functional components
    Oil hose, hose storage box; Optional oil pump, flow meter, and reel, which can expand the mobile refueling function.
